Her goal in having plastic surgery is to eliminate the facial laxity and jowling. She would also like to strengthen her jawline. Plan of action: Facelift, Necklift, Fat Grafting and Chin Augmentation Note: The angels of the patient's lower face appears tighter and less puffy. The corners of her mouth are now parallel to the floor. The neck muscles have been tightened and coupled with the chin implant the jawline appears stronger and more youthful. The fat grafting has restored the fullness in her cheeks. |
